"Sansoft cable" is a type of cable mainly used for the connection from utility poles to the eaves of houses. It is designed with weather resistance and flexibility of a 600V-CV insulation, combining the handling characteristics of VVR with the current capacity of CV cables. It has a higher allowable current than VVR, allowing for a reduction in conductor size by one to two sizes.
